Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you wish to return your order for a refund, we will deduct a £7 shipping and handling fee from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To exchange: Please note we do not offer exchanges for UK orders at this moment. The quickest way to change your product is to create a return on the below link and a place a new order for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we have received your return, please allow up to 10 business days to inspected and process the return. As soon as the return is processed we will notify you by email.
