C-1 Air Pants

The C-1 Air Pants include Nucleon Flex Plus Level 1 knee protectors only. The waistband area features pockets compatible with optional Alpinestars hip protectors (sold separately).

The knee armor pocket is sewn in three positions: standard (marked with white stitching), raised (for taller riders or off-road position), and lowered (for shorter riders). The color-coded stitching makes it easy to return armor to the standard position after washing. This adjustment ensures the Nucleon Flex Plus protectors sit correctly over the kneecap regardless of riding position or rider height.

The C-1 Air Pants use a mesh construction for maximum airflow — optimal for temperatures above 22°C. The Acteon Pants use stretch polycotton twill with Ripstop reinforcements and a mesh inner lining, providing greater abrasion resistance and a more casual aesthetic suitable for both riding and off-bike use. Both are CE Class A with Level 1 knee armor; the Acteon is the better choice for riders who want motorcycle protection in a trouser that looks civilian off the bike.
