Construction

GORE-TEX 2L main shell
Lightweight 200D, 180g, PFAS-free GORE-TEX 2-layer laminated main shell construction is combined with a polyester lining.

Weatherproof shell rating
The GORE-TEX shell is specified with waterproof performance above 28,000 mm and moisture vapour transmission above 15,000 g/m²/24h.

3-layer reinforcements
Reinforced 3-layer construction is integrated at the pants seat area, with additional reinforcement at the inner legs in high-wear zones.

Waterproof jacket closure
The jacket front opening uses a waterproof zipper combined with a seam-taped flap and gusset construction.

Integrated ventilation openings
Direct chest ventilation panels, zippered arm openings, and zippered thigh vents are integrated into the outer shell construction.

Articulated construction
Pre-curved jacket sleeves and pants legs are combined with strategically positioned stretch panels at the chest, back, underarms, lumbar area, and crotch.

Soft-Seal® collar
The jacket collar uses Soft-Seal® ergonomic construction with integrated shock-cord adjustment.

Waterproof storage layout
Waterproof cargo pockets are integrated into the jacket and pants, complemented by a waterproof jacket chest pocket, rear compartment, and keyless or toll-pass pocket with attachment cord.

Thermal liner construction
The jacket incorporates a detachable long-sleeve thermal liner with 150g body and 100g sleeve insulation.

Jacket adjustment system
Ergonomic adjustable wrist hems and integrated arm and waist volume adjusters provide adaptable fit adjustment.

Magnetic waist closure
The pants incorporate a magnetic buckle waist belt closure.

Jacket-to-pants connection
Integrated waist connection zippers allow attachment between compatible Alpinestars ADV jackets and pants.

Gusseted lower-leg openings
Long zippered pants lower-leg openings incorporate gussets for adjustable lower-leg construction.

Garment weight
